99.8 miles to go…

Since my last entry I’ve jogged 110 minutes, although I’m not exactly sure about distance because these jogs have been outdoors. On average I run a 10 minute mile so I estimate that I’ve run about 11 miles.

(11 true miles x 20 = 220 virtual miles [Overall = 22 True / 440 virtual]

Which puts me just 99.8 miles from my goal (Old Town, MD (C&O Canal Towpath)

I’ve jogged 4.5 miles so far this week - 4.5 true miles x 20 = 90 virtual miles [Overall = 11 True / 220 virtual]

Which puts me past my last milestone (Georgetown):

I walked/jogged 1.5 miles on the treadmill yesterday (1.5 true miles x 20 = 30 virtual miles [ Overall = 6.5 True / 130 virtual]

My next milestone:
Georgetown, Washington, DC: 17.4 mi.
