Looking For A Fitness Buddy In Tampa?

99.8 miles to go…

Since my last entry I’ve jogged 110 minutes, although I’m not exactly sure about distance because these jogs have been outdoors. On average I run a 10 minute mile so I estimate that I’ve run about 11 miles.

(11 true miles x 20 = 220 virtual miles [Overall = 22 True / 440 virtual]

Which puts me just 99.8 miles from my goal (Old Town, MD (C&O Canal Towpath)

First Time Out With My Running Club…

I ran with the Brandon Running Association for the first time yesterday and I must say it was very nice. There’s something good about running with others (even if I was the slowest one in the bunch :-) I think the group atmosphere pushed me to speed up my pace and encouraged me to run 3 miles (with hills) in about 32 minutes.
